Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Trade account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Device

    Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
